PROCESSING YOUR WARRANTY

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO INITIATE THE WARRANTY PROCESS

  1. Log into your profile by clicking ‘sign in / register’ at the top of the page.
  2. Click on ‘My Profile’ to navigate to your profile page.
  3. Once in your profile, click ‘Purchases’ and then ‘Purchase History’.
  4. Select the order number relating to your warranty claim.
  5. On the order page, select WARRANTY REQUEST.
  6. Fill out the form provided and submit your request
  7. Your claim has now been initiated. Our team will email you with the next step. Please allow 10-14
    business days after submitting your request for our team to start processing your warranty request
  8. Keep all items and components until you’ve been given instructions on what to do next.

IT MAY TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM TO BE PROCESSED.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

If the product is found to be malfunctioning during the warranty term, EMOTORSHOP will replace or repair the product/parts at no additional cost. This only applies to items that have been properly maintained and used under normal conditions within the warranty duration. Only physical items
purchased from EMOTORSHOP are covered by this limited warranty.

Please keep in mind that every product must be inspected by our certified motor shop to identify the cause of the malfunction and to approve the warranty request.

The warranty doesn’t apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damages that were caused as a result of using the product outside the scope of its intended
    application.
  • Conditions, malfunctions, or damages that are not caused by material or workmanship flaws.
  • Damages that occurred during the delivery process.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Depending on the manufacturer and product, warranty terms will vary and may begin from the date of manufacture or the date of purchase.

It’s worth noting that, while motors, gear reducers, and controllers often have warranty periods, many parts and accessories do not.

To determine how long your motor is covered under warranty.

  1. Use our website’s quick search to find your motor.
  2. Go to “TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS.”
  3. The warranty term will be specified under “WARRANTY.”

For physical products purchased from EMOTORSHOP, the warranty duration is 365 days from the date of purchase. A replacement physical product or part carries the remaining of the original warranty or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
